SAN FRANCISCO PALAZZO
Sitting on one of the highest points above San Francisco's Pacific Heights, this Italian styled palazzo was in need of a monumental retrofit when construction began in early 2013. Originally built in 1927, much of the home's structure was left untouched, but in all stages of disrepair. Designated a historical landmark in 1975, all exterior details were cataloged and reconstructed with modern materials, while the interior was impeccably designed to complement the rich history of the home's architecture. Working alongside an army of some of the most talented designers, artisans, and craftsmen in the business, Matt was the lead Project Manager intimately involved in, and ultimately responsible for, every aspect of the home's construction.
