ABOUT MATT HEINTZ

Matt is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience managing projects throughout the Bay Area. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2008 with a degree in Construction Management, he spent the next fifteen years successfully overseeing a wide range of large-scale, commercial projects and high-end residential properties. Throughout most of his career, Matt worked for the well-known Bay Area contractor, Level 10 Construction. In 2012, he was offered the opportunity to manage the complete remodel of a historic residence located in San Francisco's Pacific Heights. Matt's decision to lead the restoration of this once in a lifetime property ultimately changed the course of his career and set him on the path to starting his own company.

In 2023, Matt founded Pinnacle Custom Builders with the philosophy that building lasting relationships is at the heart of successfully building iconic homes. With his wealth of experience and deep understanding of the construction process, Matt is uniquely suited to manage the creation of distinctive homes with the utmost professionalism and craftsmanship.

Born and raised in San Mateo, California, Matt has built his life and career in the Bay Area. When he is not assisting clients with building their dream home, he can be found enjoying a round of golf, coaching his son's little league teams, and spending time with his wife Kira and their three young children.
